Whole Wheat Penna Pasta,<br \/>\nI highly recommend <a href=\"https:\/\/extrafudge.com\/ref\/B001M08XA6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">This<\/a> or \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/extrafudge.com\/ref\/B001M08XA6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>1 cup of \u00a0broccoli \u00a0florets.<\/li>\n<li>4 tsp red wine vinegar.<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp Dijon mustered.<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp honey<\/li>\n<li>3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil.<\/li>\n<li>1\/3-1\/2 cup peas.<\/li>\n<li>1\/4-1\/2 tsp red crushed pepper.<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup chopped mint. (optional)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup chopped parsley.<\/li>\n<li>1 cup of crumbled feta cheese.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Directions<\/h1>\n<p>Prepare the following while cooking the paste:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine the vinegar, pinch of salt and pepper, \u00a0mustered, honey, and oil.<\/li>\n<li>Make the pasta as you would normally do and add the \u00a0broccoli \u00a03-4 minutes before done. Drain. \u00a0(about 10 minutes total)<\/li>\n<li>combine with the dressing made in \u00a0step 1, peas and red pepper. \u00a0Leave to cool and then add the herbs and Feta. \u00a0(overnight makes it even taste better).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>Enjoy.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Very simple recipe rivals some of the best brands out there.
