How to fix Canon Scangear on Windows 7 “The program can’t start because NSIOPM.dll is missing from your computer”

I was scratching my head for a long time because of this.

Here’s how to fix it, sick go to C:Program Files (x86)CanonNetwork ScanGear     select all the .dll files and copy them to the c:windows directory.  That’s all!
