 Ingredients:
1/2 finely chopped onion (White.   Sweet would work)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp vegetable  oil
 1 cup basmati  rice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
2 tsp chicken or vegetable consommé
Black pepper to taste.
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1/2 cup chopped almonds,  toasted (optional)

I wrote an extensive post about a  Hummus  recipe way back, but after I made it a few times, while it turned out nice,  it did not taste like my favorite  Hummus  brand, Sabra.
So it turns out that the secret is in the order of which you prepare the hummus. Follow the Recipe carefully:

 INGREDIENTS:
4 bell peppers
1 cup of rice
1 Lean ground beef (10%)
2-3 medium diced tomatoes
1/2 onion chopped
1 tsp of vegetable consomme.
1/3-1/2 can of small tomato paste
 
DIRECTIONS:
Steam the peppers for 10 minutes (until soft)
Sear onion. Add 3 cups of water,   consomme,  tomato paster and   a touch of pepper,   bring to boil. Add rice.

 INGREDIENTS:
1 can  (12-16 ounce size)  black beans
1 can  (11-14 ounce size)  white shoepeg corn
1/4 cup  cilantro (Chopped) (Can be left out, troche  if you don’t like cilantro)
1/2 cup  chopped  green bell pepper (Chopped) (Can be left out if not available)
1 medium  purple onion, chopped (Sweet white onions would do too)
4 medium  tomatoes, chopped/diced
1  jalapeno, chopped
1 tablespoon  canola oil or olive oil (olive is  healthier)

 Snow peas are delicious by themselves… but these recipe really makes them yummy.
What you need:
- 1 lbs of Snow Peas
 
- 2 Scallions (Or regular onions will do too)   (chopped fine)
 
- Good Extra  Virgin  Olive Oil.
 
- Lemon.
 
- 1  Tablespoon  dried minced parsley leafs.
 
- 1/4  teaspoon  salt.
 
Directions:
- Add some Olive oil to pan (2 Tablespoon would do)
 
- put the  cook-top  on High.
 
- Roast snow peas while stirring for about 2-3 minutes.
 
- Move them to the side and roast the  scallions

 So after making over a hundred pizzas I think I found the dough and method that I like.
I like a very thin crust pizza. It needs to be thin and yet crunchy.  It was very hard to get the crust to not be soggy.

- 420 grams canned whole tomatoes (Without the juices) (That’s about 5 tomatoes)
 
- 1/3 – 1/2  a small red onion.  (chopped a few times)
 
- 1 Jalapeno – remove seeds and across and a few times.
 
- 2-3 cloves of Garlic.  (Depending on size)
 
- a few cilantro leafs.

There is an updated post with a way better Hummus recipe   here.   This one is still good but way too complicated and the new one really shines because of the “secret” directions.   Enjoy!
