Loaf of bread recipe

Flour – 1200g

Water – 792g

Salt – 31g

Instant Yeast – 8g

Mix it all in a mixer for 5-10 minutes.  Let rise till doubled.

Israeli or Mediterranean Sambusak Recipe

My mother used to make sambusak all the time.

Here is a good recipe.

For the Dough:

  • 1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 cup water (Warm)
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

How to make sugar free ketchup at home recipe

If you want to make it with sugar add about 1 Tbsp of sugar instead (or more to taste).

Plov Recipe (European Rice Dish, Mostly Uzbek)

I went to a  restaurant  called Taste of Europe in Binghamton, NY and I ordered a dish I never tried before, it was called Plov.

3 onions,
sliced (Medium size)
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp curry
3 pounds beef stew meat,
cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
